General Instructions for the Resident Guests

  1. Hot Water: Switch on the geyser in the bathroom for hot water. It will take approximately 30 minutes.
  2. Breakfast Timing: 7:30 A.M. to 9:30 A.M.
  3. Lunch Timing: 12:30 P.M. to 2:30 P.M.
  4. Dinner Timing: 7:30 P.M. to 9:30 P.M.
  5. Telephone Facility: Dial 0 followed by the number for local calls. For room-to-room calls simply dial the room number.
  6. Laundry Services: Dial 9 and ask reception for details.
  7. Taxi Services: Dial 9 and ask reception for details.
  8. Resident guests are requested to please take care of their valuables in the room. Guest House employees are not responsible for their safety.
  9. Resident guests are requested to book lunch & dinner at the time they take breakfast in the dining hall or call the Reception Desk at 9.
  10. As per Govt. Gazette Notification G.S.R. 40 (E) dated 09.01.2010, smoking and consumption of alcoholic drinks is an offence in the campus area. Resident guests are requested not to do so. If anyone is found doing so, necessary disciplinary action including fines will be imposed on the offender.
  11. In case any resident guest finds any difficulty in the room or needs our services, please dial 9 for Reception Desk, 137 for Duty Waiter, 136 for Kitchen and 133 for Manager. We are always at your service.
